Mango, Pear and Banana tropical smoothie


Such a delicious sweet smoothie to start the day! Will give you plenty of energy too so perfect for a sweet snack 🙂

Serves 1


-1 pear

-1 banana

-1/2 a mango

-Almond milk (or whichever milk you prefer to use)

-Greek yoghurt (I love the honey flavoured type)

-Mixed spice


  1. chop up your fruit into little bite-sized pieces and pop in the blender.
  2. Add a splash of milk and a heaped tablespoon of yoghurt
  3. Top with teaspoon of Mixed spice and blend until smooth

That’s it! Easy, quick for when you’re on the go!
