Such a delicious sweet smoothie to start the day! Will give you plenty of energy too so perfect for a sweet snack 🙂
-1/2 a mango
-Almond milk (or whichever milk you prefer to use)
-Greek yoghurt (I love the honey flavoured type)
- chop up your fruit into little bite-sized pieces and pop in the blender.
- Add a splash of milk and a heaped tablespoon of yoghurt
- Top with teaspoon of Mixed spice and blend until smooth
