‘Proats’ are my favourite post-gym meal at the moment. They’re so quick and easy to whip up and they taste AMAZING. They’re really versatile too, feel free to change up the protein flavour and toppings to keep it interesting.
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-150ml milk (I used almond milk)
-A handful of strawberries
-1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt
-I teaspoon of Honey
-Measure out your oats into a microwaveable bowl, add a scoop of protein powder and stir until combined.
-Measure out your milk and add it to your bowl of oats, stirring well as you pour.
-Pop the mixture in the microwave for one minute on a high setting. Remove and stir, If your oats are still a bit runny for your liking, continue to microwave until they reach the desired consistency.
-Now for the toppings! chop up the strawberries and pile on top, along with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
