This no mess, no fuss oats recipe only takes around five minutes to make and is FULL of slow releasing energy, making it the perfect breakfast fuel.
-200ml milk (I use almond milk)
-1 small banana
-A handful of blueberry’s
-A pinch of cinnamon
-A drizzle of honey
-A tablespoon of peanut butter
- Measure out your oats and milk and combine in a microwaveable bowl. Then microwave on high for a minute (or longer if you prefer your oats thicker)
- Chop your banana and sprinkle on top along with your blueberrys.
- Pop your peanut butter in the middle the sprinkle on the cinnamon and top with a drizzle of honey.
That’s it! Your healthy breakfast is ready to eat, guaranteed to keep you full until lunch time 🙂
