Banana, berry and peanut butter morning oats 

This no mess, no fuss oats recipe only takes around five minutes to make and is FULL of slow releasing energy, making it the perfect breakfast fuel.

Serves 1


-50g oats

-200ml milk (I use almond milk)

-1 small banana

-A handful of blueberry’s

-A pinch of cinnamon

-A drizzle of honey

-A tablespoon of peanut butter


  1. Measure out your oats and milk and combine in a microwaveable bowl. Then microwave on high for a minute (or longer if you prefer your oats thicker)
  2. Chop your banana and sprinkle on top along with your blueberrys.
  3. Pop your peanut butter in the middle the sprinkle on the cinnamon and top with a drizzle of honey.

That’s it! Your healthy breakfast is ready to eat, guaranteed to keep you full until lunch time 🙂
